Can the minimum order be reduced?
The published program starts at a $12,000 minimum order. Applications below the published threshold are not considered through the standard program.
Which payment method is accepted?
Approved orders are paid by bank transfer. Verified payment instructions are sent by email only after the account review is complete.
How fast are orders fulfilled?
Preparation/dispatch takes up to 2 business days after cleared payment, Amazon approval where applicable, and complete receiving instructions. Estimated U.S. delivery is 2-4 business days after dispatch, subject to destination, carrier conditions, Amazon/3PL receiving requirements, weekends, holidays, and circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Which YUYQA colors are available?
The current wholesale color range is Orange, Yellow, Black, and Grey. Final color allocation is confirmed against inventory before invoicing.
Can I mix colors in one wholesale order?
Mixed-color allocations may be available within an approved order. Include your preferred quantities in the application message so availability can be reviewed.
Where can I sell YUYQA products?
Applications are accepted from Amazon, Shopify and DTC stores, Walmart, eBay, TikTok Shop, specialty retail, and established B2B distributors. Each channel is reviewed before approval.
Is approval guaranteed after I apply?
No. Every application is reviewed for business identity, sales-channel fit, purchasing capacity, and compliance. Submission does not reserve inventory or guarantee approval.
Does the website collect payment?
No. The application is for qualification only. Approved buyers receive a formal order confirmation and bank-transfer instructions through a verified email conversation.
Can inventory ship directly to Amazon FBA?
Yes, when requested and approved. Shipping and requested FNSKU labeling are free. Buyers provide the correct FNSKU labels and their approved Amazon shipment plan; carton requirements and final fulfillment-center destination are confirmed before dispatch.
Do you ship internationally?
US and UK fulfillment can be coordinated for approved accounts. Other destinations are reviewed individually based on inventory, carrier service, customs, and order size.
